Beginning January 1, 2025, The Lake Sarah Association in partnership with Curbside Waste will offer 2025 paid members of LSIA exclusive discounts when an LSIA member signs up for residential waste collection services with Curbside Waste. These discounts will offset the cost of being a member of the lake association, and represent a significant discount off of the rates you are paying through other collection services and Curbside Waste. In addition to weekly collection services, there are also discounted rates on the collection of yard waste. This does not effect your recycling service, which you pay though your taxes to your city and county, and the city manages.

To sign up for service and claim your discounted rate, simply call Curbside at 763-504-2872. Let them know you are a member of The Lake Sarah Association. We will provide them an updated list of current, paid members for them to reference.

All dues paid after November 1, 2024 will apply to 2025 membership, and qualify you for these service rates.

This program is available for anyone that is a paid association member whether you own lakeshore, have lakeshore access, or live in the surrounding community!
